For your comfort, each apartment has reverse cycle air-conditioners available for your use. The temperature and fan speed control are located on the remote control. For cooling, ensure the ‘snow flake’ icon is displayed, or for heating, change the icon to the ‘sun’ (these icons can be found by pressing the ‘mode’ button). Please ensure you keep all windows & doors closed for effective temperature control.

Two electric BBQ’s are located outside the southern pool building. The BBQ’s can be used between the hours of 7am – 8pm. As a courtesy to other guests, please ensure the BBQ’s are thoroughly cleaned after each use. NO glass is permitted in the pool or BBQ areas.

Cafes & restaurants that offer breakfast, lunch and dinner are located at the Noosa Marina which is a short three-minute walk across the road & over the bridge to the left of our resort. Hilton Terrace shops are located to the right of the Resort where you can find a range of takeaway services.
Nguyen Brothers are located at the entrance to our resort.
Open Tuesday – Saturday 11am-2pm and 5pm – 8pm.
Bookings are recommended and take-away is available.
Gympie Terrace is an easy 20-minute stroll, or few minutes’ drive, to the right of our main entrance & includes many different options for breakfast, lunch dinner. To get there just follow the river around & over the bridge & you won’t miss this quaint strip.

Townhouses and 1 Bedroom Apartments have a dedicated car space in front of the apartment. Guests occupying the Studio rooms will need to ensure they park in the designated Visitor Parking spaces throughout the Resort. Should there be any questions regarding parking, please contact Reception. The property does not accept responsibility for theft or damage. Please do not park in other numbered car spaces or in the ‘Noosa Surf Museum’ Car Park, this is private property and not for guest parking.
Available to use between 8am-8pm, please do not use outside of these hours in respect to other guests. A fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer is located on the ground level of your apartment building. Laundry powder is available to purchase from Reception for $1.50. Before using the dryer please check that the lint filter is clean.
A hairdryer is located in the cupboard of your bathroom.
An iron and ironing board are located in all rooms. Please do not iron on carpet or furniture.
WiFi and casting are available throughout the resort and instructions can be found on the back page of this compendium. Please scan the QR code on your device or enter Wi-Fi Name and password as directed. NB: Netflix and other streaming services are not available using your smart TV, you can however stream your favourite apps from your device to the TV once you are connected to the hotel WiFi network.
For your convenience, guest luggage can be stored at Reception. If you require help with luggage, please contact Reception.
Stays over five nights receive a mid-stay service to refresh the linen and towels. Services will be undertaken between 10am – 2pm. Please note that as we are a self-catering resort this service is a refresh of linen & towels only, amenities will not be restocked. There are extra amenities available in Reception for a small price.

The beautiful Noosa Marina is directly across the road and over the bridge just a two-minute walk from Noosa Lakes Resort. Featuring restaurants, cafes, a Wine Bar, fish, and chip take away, a gourmet gelato ice creamery, gorgeous gift shops and stunning boutiques.
The Noosa Ferry departs for Noosa Heads throughout the day. You can catch a sunset cruise, a breakfast, lunch, or dinner cruise. Hire a boat and cruise the beautiful Noosa waterways, catch the sunset, or do some fishing. Go deep sea fishing or catch a fun and thrilling boat ride out to Laguna Bay and maybe spot some dolphins or whales swimming past. Each Friday evening there is live music at the Harbour Wine Bar and every Sunday there is a lively market and entertainment.
Our lagoon pools are located in the centre of the complex and are open from 7.00am until 9.00pm.
Glass is not permitted within the pool area at any time and it is a smoke free zone. Please make use of cans or plastic products for beverages poolside. Broken glass will result in the pool area being closed. Please note: The large pool in the centre is a shallow lagoon style pool (depth 0.6m), please do not dive. The north pool, closest to Reception is heated. Please ensure all children are supervised by an adult. Pool towels are available for hire from Reception for $3.50 each.
Body Corporate By-Laws do not permit pets within the resort grounds at any time. Assistance Dogs only are permitted. PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE BIRDS AND LOCAL WILDLIFE.
For your convenience and also your safety and security, should you misplace your room key please report it to Reception immediately. Charges apply for lost key replacement.
Should you be departing before Reception opens, please place your key in the return box located at the front of Reception. Please avoid leaving your key in your room upon departure.
Bins for general rubbish items are located at the front of your apartment (green lids) Recycle bins (yellow lids) are located around the resort. Please look after our environment and recycle where possible.
The Resort has regular checks during the night by a security company however key lockouts and noise complaints are dealt with by Onsite Management. All key lockouts will incur a charge of $85.00. Several Woolworth’s supermarkets are available close by. On Poinciana Ave in Tewantin (a 10-minute walk) or at Noosa Civic Shopping Centre or Noosa Village Shopping Centre in Noosaville, both a 5-minute drive away.
